Job Purpose:
Waterproofing systems with multiple types of roofing area and wet area. Preparing and applying basement & foundation, such as concrete.
Education Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI. (Not required)
Duties:
- All types of waterproofing especially torch-on waterproofing.
- Waterproofing membrane is applied to primed surface of structure to correct thickness and in accordance with manufacturers' job specification.
- Able to work basement, foundation & bathrooms.
- Responsibility for application of waterproofing systems strictly in accordance to company specifications and quality assurance.
- Before starting work should know the site requirement.
- He should know waterproofing system, bathroom, basement, roofs & tanks.
- How should recognize the leakage problem.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 to 8 years in waterproofing/ insulation filed.
Skills:
- Water proofing technician
- Internal waterproofing materials, processes and techniques.
- Waterproof membrane application and installation procedure.
- Performs duties as described under Supervisor.
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
