The interview would be done through Skype.

The purpose of the interview is to validate and test and satisfy the other criteria as required. Further requirements are as follows:

-       Should be able to present original and photocopy of the educational and experience letters

-       Computer skill is essential

-       Excellent verbal & written English communication skills (For Hindi/Arabic - respective language) is very essential

-       Knowledge of Hindi will be preferred

-       Knowledge of latest trends in education, student learning styles and assessments

-       All the educational qualifications should be from recognised universities

Terms and Conditions

1         Contract Period                         : 02 Years Limited Contract (Renewable) 

2         Transport     : COMPANY PROVIDED (pick and drop school transport facility)

3         Accommodation   : COMPANY PROVIDED (shared Accommodation)

4         Working hours/ days                     : 8 hours/day, 6 days per week

5       Leave Air Ticket      : AFTER COMPLETION OF 1 YEAR FOR SENIOR STAFF AND AFTER COMPLETION OF 2 YEARS FOR OTHER APPOINTED STAFF

6         Medical benefits                    : COMPANY PROVIDED

Other benefits such as annual leave, over time, workmen compensation, etc. in accordance with the labor laws of United Arab Emirates.

Our target for recruitment, selection and on-boarding procedures should be two (2) months process. We are targeting that by September of this year will be the completion.
