Job Description
This position takes charge of repairs, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of store and department’s equipment such as air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation system and other mechanical facilities; must be capable in layout/installation of air-conditioning and knowledgeable in electrical job.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be a holder of a Technical Certificate in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Technology and/or Electrical Technology
Must have at least 2 years minimum experience working in the same capacity gained from food chain industry
Preferably with experience in ventilation system
Must be knowledgeable in discussing trouble shooting and repairing any type of air-conditioning unit, cold storage and other related mechanical works
Preferably with knowledge and experience in store equipment maintenance
3) F&B COST CONTROLLER (3 Nos)
Experience: 4-9 years
Education: Diploma (Accountancy, Finance)

Job Description
Prepares, recommends, audits, analyzes, consolidate & reports all costs and pricing related to Food, Manufacturing, Production, Paper & Packaging & Operational Supplies.
Desired Candidate Profile
· With excellent English Communication skills
· With a degree in Accountancy with good scholastic records in a reputable school; with advanced studies, an advantage
