Accommodation: Provided by the company
Food: Provided by the company. It depends on the location.
Free local transportation
Contract period is 03 year or 1+1+1 and renewable depend upon the mutual agreement
Other terms and conditions: According to Russian labor law. 
Candidates can get the Permanent Residency within three years. 
Legally can travel to any other European countries after the Permanent Residency
Legally can apply for any country visa in Russia itself.
